The short version

BedtimeCalculation has no accounts, no sign-ups, and no server-side database. Everything you enter into our calculators is processed in your browser. Sleep-debt logs and theme preferences are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device. The only third-party data collection on this site comes from advertising and basic hosting analytics.

Data we do not collect

• We do not ask for or store your name, email, or any account information.
• Calculator inputs (wake times, ages, quiz answers, sleep logs) are never transmitted to our servers.
• We do not sell personal information.

Local storage

The sleep debt tracker and the light/dark theme preference use your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device. You can erase it at any time with the "Clear all data" button on the tracker page or by clearing your browser's site data.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to display ads, which keeps the site free. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
• Learn how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• Users in the EEA/UK may see a consent prompt for personalized vs. non-personalized ads, as required by law.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like virtually all web hosts, Cloudflare processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Children's privacy

BedtimeCalculation is a general-audience informational site and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
